Here's a good dieta for you for ayahuasca
Okay, so while I've addressed this from various angles, someone finally asked the question of what they were ALLOWED to eat if they wanted to do an ayahuasca diet BEFORE medicine. Normally they ask what's prohibited and I am a heretic on that one. So here was my quick answer for what youare ALLOWED to eat:
Good chicken/chicken stews,
black beans/colorado beans/yellow beans/split peas/lentils with rice or
boiled potatoes. Lots of papaya, mango, ugly fruit, star fruit, oranges,
tangerines, apples, pears, grapes, strawberries, pineapple,
blueberries, blackberries. Any damned fish you can find in the Amazon,
or any fish you like here. Steak in small portions, beef heart.
Cucumbers, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, garlic--lots and lots of
garlic--onions, scallions, cilantro, parsley, carrots, potatoes, sweet
potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, zuccini, yellow squash, sweet peppers,
radishes, limes, lemons, kale. All of that as fresh and organic as
possible. Eggs, canned tuna in water, sardines in tomato, farmer's
cheese (very fresh, no parmesan please), olive oil and more garlic.
There is more but that's a good start. Stop deep fried foods of any kind
for a few days prior, maybe 72 hours, to make sure they've cleared your
system, though nobody should be eating any deep fried foods anytime,
anyplace just for basic health benefits. And no freaking soda. And cut
back on beer a few days before. Cut out heavy white flour--as in
cupcakes, bread, cake--for a few days too. And lose the heavy chocolate
junk, but feel free to eat a square of dark 70 percent or higher
chocolate to get your fix. Skip buttered popcorn and heavy pork. Skip
grilled cheese sandwiches and impossible to digest bacon and
pork bellies. No pies with white flour crust. That ought to do it for ya.

Fascinating list of foods. Plant-based and fresh foods are amazing. Especially when you ingest them regularly.
